Commercial Remodel of a Grocery Store in Granger WA -2005
Pronto Market, owned and operated by Mary Kresse and Terra Brinton; managed by
JR Cardenas. This project is an insurance claim. Freeze Damage, resulting from machines that backed up with water, froze and then expanded from the act of freezing breaking the cases allowing water to permeate the floor creating heavy water and mold damage. Our job was to remove all the water damaged wood flooring and replace it with concrete. It turned out beautiful.

Commercial Remodel of Fiesta Food Store Pasco Washington -2005-to-2006
Fiesta Foods owned and operated by Craig Gaylord and Family. Pasco Wa 10th & Lewis Street.
Our job was to enlarge the deli adding more square footage, new hot cases, refurbish the cold
cases and relocate, new cabinets, and relocate the deli island to the middle of the store. It turned out beautiful.

Another Residential 'Home Improvement' Remodel: 2006: This was an insurance claim, snow load damage and water damage to the roof structure.
The owners: Marcello Garcia & Debbie Wilson. 309 Merrick Ave - Sunnyside Wa 98944
The insurance company Allied Insurance Group - Nationwide PO Box 2238 Portland Ore represented by Beverly Dotson originally dismissed the claim. Now the project is finished - Wow beautiful thanks to Debbie Wilson and Marcello Garcia their family and pets.
