In 2012 The US Army Corps of Engineers allocated $1.2 Billion US Tax Based Dollars for reconstruction of Afghan National Army Bases (ANA) and $1.1 Billion US Tax Based Dollars for reconstruction of Afghan National Police projects.  So far as of December 1st the USACE has released 300 projects into the pipe line for bidding with more to come to make up the $2.2 billion projected objective.

The average size projects range from $0 to $250,000; $250,000 to $500,000, $500,000 to $1,000,000; $1,000,000 to-$5,000,000;  $5,000,000 to $10,000,000; $10,000,000 - $100,000,000.  Projects over $5,000,000 require bid bonding and performance bonding.

Our goal for 2012 is to compete on a project by project basis for projects over $10,000,000 and move into a prime contractor status in Afghanistan.
